Role

The Account Executive role contributes directly to Guardian’s growth through deep and lasting partnerships with DeFi and financial services clients.

As an Account Executive at Guardian you’ll be responsible for the full-lifecycle of outreach, and relationship building to create strong partnerships around technical engagements.

Your day-to-day will involve reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Guardian can help them achieve their goals. This is more than just making sales calls; it’s about creating a positive and engaging experience from the first interaction.     What You’ll Do

    • Tenaciously sourcing and securing qualified sales opportunities through prospecting and proactive outreach.
    • Own the full sales lifecycle from stranger to repeat client.
    • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with client stakeholders up to the C suite level that demonstrates the value of Guardian through our innovative services and products.
    • Develop and execute account strategies that align the company resources to maximize sales volume and revenue.
    • Conduct deep discovery into the account’s business and link those needs to Guardian’s solutions.
    • Provide up to date and accurate pipeline forecasts.
    • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles
    • Updating, maintaining and improving our CRM (Hubspot) process and your pipeline.
    • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows to represent Halborn and build both brand awareness and business pipeline.

    What We Look For In You

    We believe in hiring not just based on credentials, but also on passion and drive. While we do have a set of criteria, we're open to candidates who showcase exceptional talent and drive.

    For the Ideal Candidate:

    Experience:

    • 3 to 5 years demonstrated track record of winning new business in the technology space coupled with strong exposure to Web3.
    • Some experience selling technology services to customers with blockchain, crypto or cybersecurity strongly preferred (but not required).
    • Consistent and proven delivery of attaining revenue targets/goals and quota attainment as well as driving business growth.

    Skills:

    • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills are critical. Highly articulate via phone, email and in person is a differentiator, along with a positive engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal and external colleagues.
    • Confident understanding of Ethereum blockchain concepts, protocols, and associated security risks. Or willingness to learn technical aspects of blockchain and cybersecurity.
    • Organizational agility in navigating and partnering effectively and leading cross-functional teams towards a goal

    Traits:

    • Passionate about forecast accuracy and sales hygiene. Dedicated follow up skills that allow nothing to fall through the cracks.
    • Strong executive presence and great presentation skills along with high confidence in engaging with diverse decision makers. Prior experience selling directly to senior leaders and executives with the ability to influence.
    • Proactive in continuous learning, staying updated with the ever-evolving DeFi landscape.
    • Independent thinker, able to generate unique solutions and perspectives while encouraging and enabling others to do the same.
    • Ability to travel up to 40%

    Salary

    • $120,000-$200,000 OTE, performance based.

    GFE-1 Fuzzing Engineer

    The Fuzzing Engineer role is tailored to provide direct impact for the projects and institutions that Guardian serves. As a full-time fuzzing engineer, you will be responsible for constructing comprehensive fuzzing suites and collaborating with senior auditors to work through counter examples and create Proof-of-Concepts.
